1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ad786 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ad786 website, mobile interface, gaming products, sportsbook, and all associated services available at ad786.bio.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ad786 services, you must create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ad786 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ad786 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify ad786 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• ad786 reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual login activity is detected.
• Account ownership is non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Corporate, joint, or shared accounts are not permitted on the ad786 platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on ad786 are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ad786 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are generally credited to your ad786 account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. ad786 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the CNIC-based identity verification process in full. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts held in your own name.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are strictly prohibited.
• ad786 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that display unusual patterns.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error, you must contact support immediately. ad786 cannot guarantee the reversal of completed transactions.
• Any funds deposited through methods that are subsequently identified as fraudulent or unauthorised will be removed from your account balance.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ad786 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or product. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable product rules.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked in at the moment your bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds are subject to continuous updates and may change between your selection and the confirmation of your bet. In the event of a technical failure during live betting, ad786 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion.

Casino Games: All casino games available on ad786, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. • Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, hedging bonus bets, or coordinated wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Money Laundering: Use of the ad786 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. ad786 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspected activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Match Fixing & Inside Information: Placing bets using privileged or non-public information, or in connection with any attempt to fix or manipulate the outcome of any sporting event.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad786 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or service interruptions.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

ad786 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

ad786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ad786 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, ad786 may forfeit the account balance in full. Where account closure results from a player's own request and no breach is involved, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's nominated payment method after applicable checks are completed.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the ad786 support team at any time. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days. Bonus balances at the time of voluntary closure are not refundable.

13. Amendments to Terms

ad786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ad786 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ad786 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Disputes related to specific bet outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event settlement date. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for review.
